Sugar Cravings
Sugar
is a general name for a sweet flavored substance. It is used to sweeten foods
such as biscuits, chocolates, candy etc. and we all love it. I love sugar too
as well as you do but sugar is not healthy, it has been linked to obesity and
cause in the occurrence of diabetes, tooth decay, cardiovascular disease,
dementia .
We
all love sugar, yes!!! But it could be
dangerous…some of us can’t go a day without having a chocolate bar, candy etc. I
tell you, you can cure your sugar cravings just like I did.
I
would list some sweet healthy fruits that would help when you crave for sugar.
Pineapples
Apples
Bananas
Oranges
Mangoes
There are many more fruits that could help, instead of
having that sweet food containing lots of sugar, you could have a healthy sweet
fruit rich in vitamins. You can use honey in place of sugar in your tea,
coffee, oatmeal etc. to reduce the risk of diseases and obesity.
Avoid sugar and stay healthy…
