Eat to increase your Libido

  Every man or woman is    interested in learning methods to enhance their pleasure. Libido is a person's desire for sex or sex drive, a healthy and nutritious diet with plenty of lean protein can impede the flow of blood to the genital region which can boost libido. Some food we eat can increase libido, foods like: bananas, avocados, peaches, nuts, eggs, raw oysters, garlic, mangoes, celery, liver, watermelon, asparagus.  
Watermelon smoothie works like vagra. For effective result with food to increase libido, keep your stress level low and indulge in strength exercises like weight lifting, jogging to increase time of performance.
Tips to put you in the mood: 
1. Remove photos of parents and loved ones from the bedroom (photos which makes you feel like they're staring at you)
2. Use dimmed light and scented candles(scented candles are optional)
3. Wines, chocolates and coffee can trigger your mood.
