Have you tried to loose weight but could not resist a delicious delicacy? Not  resisting such temptations makes you even eat more than you bargained. Well, here's a secret to make you eat lesser while you enjoy your favourite meal.
Drink a glass of water or two before you eat your meal. This makes you full even before you start eating, making you eat less.
