The SQUAT is a great way to lift and firm the butt, thighs inclusive. 
How to squat:
Step 1: Stand with your feet wide apart. Stretch out your hands in front of you. Let your arms be of the same level as your shoulders.
Step 2: Bend knees forward like you want to sit on an imaginary chairSquat and return back to standing position. Repeat 20-40 times.
Do squats 3-4 times a week for bigger butt.
