Exfoliate Lips for suppleness

Exfoliation is the removal of dead cells and this can be done even on the lips. To get soft lips exfoliation has to be done. When dead cells remain on the lips, it becomes rough and scaly like flakes. There are different methods used to exfoliate lips to get the same result.

Method 

1. Apply vaseline on the lips.
2. Use a toothbrush to brush lips in circular motion. 
3. Brush lips not too hard for a minute and wipe off vaseline with a damp towel.
4. Apply lip balm on the lips.

Or

when brushing your teeth, brush lips with toothbrush in circular motion. After brushing clean lips with a damp towel for 60 seconds.

Or

Use Sugar and Honey.

1. Mix a teaspoon of honey with granulated sugar.
2. Apply mixture on lips 
3. Use your middle finger to rub mixture in circular motion for 60 seconds.
4. Clean lips with damp towel.
5. Apply lip balm on lips.
